The goal of the course is to teach our students the start-up and innovation process for creating digital products and services.

A special feature is that this course is offered in collaboration with the Israeli Reichman University (opens in new tab) (formerly IDC Herzliya).

Why Israel? Because Israel is the third largest startup nation in the world – only China and the US have more companies listed on NASDAQ. In addition, Tel Aviv has one of the highest startup densities in the world.

The goal of the event is to teach our students the start-up and innovation process for creating digital products and services.

During the course, participants independently develop new business ideas and learn how to evaluate and present them.

Here's what the week looks like for students:

Day 1 – Idea generation
Day 2 – Business Model
Day 3 – Prototyping MVP
Day 4 – Finances
Day 5 – Pitch Event

The week is tough and involves plenty of work. But it is worth it!
The Pitch Event is the crowning glory of the event: the students get to pitch their ideas in front of a renowned jury of industry partners and investors as well as receive valuable feedback on their ideas.
An event full of pride and with the good feeling of an educational experience!

The event takes place in cooperation with HIGHEST.
