Bhavika on the start of her doctorate

Bhavika Sharma has been part of the chair team as a student assistant since December 2021 – now we welcome her back to the team for her doctorate! Her first encounter with our department was the SIE lecture – there she immediately felt the special TU Darmstadt vibe and knew: This is where she wants to stay. Right from the start, she was able to experience exciting projects and topics and met people who inspired and supported her.

Experiencing TU Darmstadt up close as a pioneer in the field of AI was a formative experience for her during her studies. Step by step, she learnt how to work and research scientifically, tried out different methods, working methods and tools and gained valuable insights into research and practice. Presentations, workshops and many other offers at the chair have not only facilitated access to knowledge, but have also increased the desire for international collaboration.

It is particularly important for Bhavika to combine creativity with systematic work and thus develop more self-confidence in scientific work. Grateful for the experiences, the people and the opportunities here, she has gained even more motivation to actively shape the future of AI during her doctorate at the chair and in the ZUKIPRO project.
