Welcome!
Since 2026, I have been working as a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Information Systems | Software & AI Business department at TU Darmstadt. Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Systems at TU Darmstadt, including an exchange year at Aalto University in Finland.
During my time as a student, I was already able to gain extensive practical and academic experience over four and a half years as a student research assistant at the Information Systems | Software & AI Business department. Alongside my academic career, I gained valuable insights in industry. Among other things, I worked as a working student at the AI consultancy statworx, as well as an intern in strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Both positions offered me valuable perspectives on the current development and strategic importance of AI systems within organizations.
In my research, I explore how generative and agentic AI systems are transforming decision-making and collaboration processes in organizations. I am particularly interested in the implications and challenges that arise for managers through the use of agentic AI as an increasingly autonomous actor within companies, and how its deployment can be meaningfully designed.
