The strategic realignment of a company using digital technologies presents a number of opportunities. With research in the area of “Management of digital transformation” we try to address question marks in the implementation of a digital transformation process, enabling managers to make better decisions in the future on this basis. New business models, products and services are emerging, and the way we interact with customers is changing. However, there is still no clear roadmap on how digital transformation can be a success. Managers face many challenges, as most digital transformations do not work as originally intended or add less value as anticipated.
